Olympics or Bust

Very Cool Vancouver Fact of the Day: as we were biking the other day we noticed a ton of huge spotlights going up along the river.  Last night, they revealed themselves as a huge new revolutionary night-time display in which residents, Olympic visitors, and really ANYONE around the world can visit a web site to program their own  lighting configuration!  The effect is an amazing customizable canopy over all of English Bay.    there will be over 130,000 unique patterns over the next 24 days- we’re already starting to recongize some clever former olympic logos, and you can bet OOB will be appearing in a sky near you real soon!  To program your OWN light display, visit: www.vectorialvancouver.net
